Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in organizing and booking outbound travel plans tailored to their requirements.
• Create detailed holiday itineraries, quotations, and travel package proposals for various client needs.
• Coordinate travel logistics for individual and group leisure, business, and specialty interest trips.
• Provide comprehensive visa support including document verification, application preparation, and submission assistance.
• Handle applications for tourist visas ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations by destination.
• Advise clients on crucial travel documentation such as visa policies, travel rules, and passport validity.
• Arrange accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance, cruises, and additional travel-related services.
• Liaise with Destination Management Companies, hotels, and suppliers to ensure efficient travel arrangements.
• Respond to customer inquiries with destination guidance and high-quality customer service.
• Follow up on inquiries diligently converting prospects into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client data within the company’s reservation system.
• Stay informed on visa regulation changes, travel trends, and destination developments.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least five years' experience working with outbound travel in a travel agency environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing tourist visa applications for multiple global destinations.
• Experience crafting holiday packages and coordinating group travel.
• Proven ability in partnering with international Destination Management Companies, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Sound knowledge of international travel products, destinations, and visa documentation procedures.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational aptitude, and customer service skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple bookings and deadlines effectively in a busy setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related areas is preferable.
• Applicants must currently reside in Qatar.
