Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and arrange travel bookings for corporate customers, both individual and group travel.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of travel options while anticipating travelers' needs to offer additional services.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements involving air, rail, road, and accommodations across various complexity levels.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus, with emphasis on Galileo proficiency. Training may be provided if needed.
• Ensure all bookings comply with customers' travel policies, service providers’ guidelines, and legal regulations.
• Apply positive telephone communication techniques and handle special customer requests effectively.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for excellent client service, with the ability to proactively anticipate client needs.
• Proven experience with Galileo and Sabre GDS platforms.
• At least one year of experience booking travel within both US and Asia markets.
• Minimum one-year background specifically in corporate travel bookings.
• Experience using chat support systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and integrity, particularly in handling sensitive traveler information.
• Solid knowledge of the travel industry, whether in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.
• Ability to quickly resolve customer issues independently or through coordination with suppliers.
• Effective teamwork skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Work Schedule and Location

The Traveler Care team operates 24/7, including dedicated night shift staff. Flexibility to work afternoon shifts (12 pm to 8 pm) and weekends is required. This position is based onsite in Bangalore, India.
