Travel Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team based in Kochi, Kerala. This role involves handling ticketing operations including issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets for both IATA and non-IATA agencies. The ideal candidate should possess considerable experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre, preferably with exposure to Middle Eastern markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing processes such as issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets for IATA and non-IATA travel agencies.
• Utilize expertise in GDS platforms including Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre to perform tasks efficiently.
• Adapt to pressure-filled situations and maintain productivity in varying shift schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 6 years experience in travel ticketing using GDS tools.
• Familiarity or experience with Middle Eastern travel industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and willingness to work in shifts.
