Transformation Strategy Director - Change Management Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced senior-level professional with a background in large-scale enterprises to lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on change management. This hands-on role requires deep understanding of how individuals undergo change, ensuring that change is effectively embraced while engaging executives and teams by demonstrating clear value and enhancing client experience, customer journey, organizational design, target operating models, operational efficiency, scalability, coaching, training, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise a comprehensive change management strategy considering organizational impacts.
• Progress, implement, and continuously refine plans for managing change across the global organization.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Senior Leadership Team on managing change in a multinational environment.
• Assess the organization's awareness of, willingness toward, and readiness for change.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with essential stakeholders.
• Establish success criteria and assess the effects of changes on various business functions and the overall effectiveness of the transformation efforts.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have more than 10 years of experience within large global organizations and a proven track record of successfully driving change management processes in the Financial Services sector.
