Job Opportunity

We invite fresh graduates to attend a walk-in drive for the position of Transaction Risk Investigator on 28th July 2026 in Kolkata. This is a fixed-term contract role lasting six months, based onsite at our Kolkata office with flexible shift timings.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and mitigate risks related to online ecommerce transactions.
• Exercise sound judgment to make decisions on complex transactions and customer verifications independently.
• Communicate regularly with management, risk analysts, associates, and external parties through written and verbal channels.
• Maintain top-quality standards and productivity metrics.
• Use operational tools to retrieve and analyze relevant data efficiently.
• Navigate websites effectively and adhere strictly to workflow procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Perform various routine tasks within non-voice mediums such as email and chat support.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate except those with degrees in law or diploma holders.
• Open exclusively to freshers with no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to clarify complex transaction issues.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
• Capability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roles like Investigation Specialist or Risk Investigator is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to the ecommerce domain is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
