What the Job Involves
The Transaction Risk Investigator will support efforts to detect, review, and reduce online e-commerce risk. The role calls for sound judgment, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The candidate will handle routine non-voice work such as email and chat while following process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review cases to detect and help prevent online commerce fraud and related risk.
- Use sound judgment to decide on complex transaction issues and customer authentication matters.
- Communicate regularly in written and spoken form with managers, analysts, engineers, internal teams, and external parties.
- Maintain high quality standards while meeting productivity targets.
- Use operational systems and tools to locate and verify relevant data.
- Navigate websites effectively as part of case investigation work.
- Follow workflow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Handle routine non-voice tasks through email, chat, and similar queues.
Requirements
- Any graduate except candidates with a law or diploma background.
- Freshers only.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for handling complex transaction-related issues.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess situations and choose suitable solutions.
