Role overview

The organization is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for the Supply Chain Service Line. This position plays a central part in sales operations and pipeline management, with a strong focus on accuracy, reporting, coordination, and process discipline. The ideal professional is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable partnering with multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep the sales pipeline current, complete, and accurate through regular updates, audits, and maintenance.
  • Monitor deal movement, milestones, and status updates across supply chain accounts.
  • Spot missing information, mismatches, or errors in pipeline records and address them promptly.
  • Prepare recurring pipeline reports and summaries for leadership review.
  • Partner with the Go-to-Market team to ensure opportunities remain properly updated.
  • Assist with forecasting and demand-planning activities.
  • Review sales trends and, when needed, provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Help build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to keep deal status and operational needs aligned.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and outcome-driven work environment.
  • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners including Field Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Project Delivery Managers, and Business Development leaders.
  • Protect data quality across systems, spreadsheets, and shared files.
  • Suggest improvements that make pipeline tracking and reporting more efficient.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and task-related documentation.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Solid understanding of controls, risk, and compliance.
