Role Overview

The organization is hiring for an English voice customer service position. The role is based in Hyderabad and requires working from the office. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible shifts, including weekends, and should be able to handle customer interactions in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle customer questions and concerns, support data gathering needed for account recovery, and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s processes and policies. The role also involves reproducing customer-reported issues, escalating product defects when necessary, and delivering consistent service quality. The position requires analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to perform well independently as well as within a team.

Requirements

Applicants must be graduates from any discipline except law and should have fluent spoken English. Experience of 0 to 3 years in voice-based roles is acceptable. For fresher applicants, only those who passed out between 2021 and 2026 are eligible. Candidates must be willing to work any shift and must be prepared for weekend and flexible schedules. Strong probing ability, customer-focused thinking, clear written English, and a neutral English accent are preferred.

Eligibility

Any graduate except law graduates may apply. Candidates with a diploma are not eligible. Freshers are eligible only if they are 2021 to 2026 passouts. Applicants should be open to work from the office in Hyderabad and should be comfortable with rotating or flexible shifts.
