About the Role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a property management company based in Dubai. They are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Procurement Officer to support efficient purchasing operations and help keep the organization running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and supplier identification to contract discussions and finalization.
  • Research the market to find suitable vendors and assess their pricing, product or service quality, and overall capability.
  • Review supplier contracts and negotiate terms that work well for the business.
  • Prepare and release purchase orders while making sure goods and services arrive on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Partner with suppliers to resolve invoice issues, delivery mismatches, and related concerns.
  • Keep procurement documentation accurate and organized, including contracts, orders, and vendor records.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure vendors meet agreed contractual standards.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about current procurement practices, market developments, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Prior experience in procurement or a comparable purchasing role.
  • Solid understanding of procurement workflows and core purchasing principles.
  • Comfort using procurement tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation capability along with good analytical thinking.
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to stay productive in a busy, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Working knowledge of legal and commercial aspects related to procurement.
  • Experience in real estate is considered an advantage.

Additional Information

This position is remote and based in the Philippines. The role is offered on a full-time basis.
