The position begins quarterly and is full-time with fully remote work options in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Within our Talent Network, you will embark on a 2 to 3 year journey progressing towards becoming a Senior IT Consultant. Our intensive three-month trainee program is designed to jumpstart this path by providing:

• Training and official certification in SAP/ABAP and Salesforce technologies
• Professional development sessions covering soft skills and project management
• Engagement in challenging IT projects ranging from medium-sized enterprises to international corporations focused on SAP and Salesforce solutions
• Accountability in programming, consulting, and process design activities

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or Business Studies with an IT focus
• A strong passion for IT and enthusiasm to turn your hobby into your profession
• Fluency in German for seamless communication with our German-speaking clientele
• Interest in IT consulting and software development, including detailed software solution design
• Willingness for flexible assignments, potentially including on-site client engagements
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Submission of academic grades along with your CV to help us tailor your development opportunities
