Job Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve assigned accounts receivable (AR) issues by analyzing data and conducting phone communications using available resources.
- Utilize all accessible tools and software to achieve solutions such as payments, corrected claims, appeals, patient transfers, or account adjustments.
- Report recurring issues like payment denials, claim errors, credentialing difficulties, and billing obstacles to your immediate manager.
- Adhere to set service level agreements (SLAs) for productivity and quality standards.
- Clearly document call outcomes and follow-up actions within the billing system.
- Follow established policies and procedures (P&P), keeping updated about any changes.
- Improve work performance based on feedback from supervisors and quality audits.
Qualifications and Eligibility
This position is open to fresh graduates from the years 2020 to 2025 holding degrees such as BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics). Candidates with diplomas or engineering degrees (B.E./B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) are not eligible.
Work Schedule and Location
The role requires working night shifts following US business hours, either from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Flexibility to adapt to both shifts is needed. The workplace is located on the Chennai OMR corridor. The workdays are Monday through Saturday, with fixed weekends off on Sunday and Saturday.
