Job Summary
Kickstart your professional journey by joining AGS Health as an AR Caller within the International Voice Process team based in Jaipur. This role involves managing key aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle by facilitating timely insurance claim resolutions and assisting patients with billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communications with insurance providers to follow up on claims and secure resolutions.
- Address patient questions regarding billing and offer clear, informative guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and solve claim inconsistencies.
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of all interactions and claim progress.
- Adhere strictly to healthcare compliance regulations and standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates from 2020 to 2025 without pending backlogs are welcome to apply.
- Graduates in Life Sciences are particularly encouraged to apply.
- B.Tech/BE graduates are not eligible for this position.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities are required.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities are essential.
