Role overview

An independent agency working in partnership with Salt is hiring a Trainee Account Executive / Graduate to join its expanding team in London. This is an early-career role aimed at new graduates who want to develop a career in client services and project delivery.

The position provides practical exposure to live client projects, day-to-day internal coordination, and the foundations of strategic communication. It is suited to someone who wants to learn in a busy, collaborative setting and grow into a client-facing career with clear development prospects.

What you will do

  • Help move projects forward by carrying out research, arranging data, and coordinating tasks.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for clients.
  • Work with different internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Contribute research and insights that strengthen client deliverables.
  • Join team discussions and observe experienced colleagues to build your understanding of the role.
  • Take an active approach to your own development by asking for feedback and looking for ways to learn.
