Role overview
An independent agency working in partnership with Salt is hiring a Trainee Account Executive / Graduate to join its expanding team in London. This is an early-career role aimed at new graduates who want to develop a career in client services and project delivery.
The position provides practical exposure to live client projects, day-to-day internal coordination, and the foundations of strategic communication. It is suited to someone who wants to learn in a busy, collaborative setting and grow into a client-facing career with clear development prospects.

Salary: £26,000 per year, plus benefits.
What you will do
- Help move projects forward by carrying out research, arranging data, and coordinating tasks.
- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for clients.
