Key Responsibilities

  • Redesign and evolve the ERM framework to a mature state.
  • Develop and strengthen risk governance structures, internal controls, and comprehensive risk registers across the organisation.
  • Lead risk assessments focused on operations, technology, and AI-driven processes.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for AI agents, automation, and new technology implementations.
  • Evaluate AI tools, overseeing configurations, governance, and audit processes of AI agents.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance teams, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive risk management.
  • Drive ongoing improvements leveraging automation and AI capabilities.
  • Support readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Deliver clear presentations of risk insights and strategic advice to senior leadership and the Board.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 7 to 10+ years in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or Technology Risk.
  • Strong technical or engineering background enabling credible engagement with senior technology stakeholders.
