Job Overview
This role focuses on cultivating and sustaining long-term client partnerships, leveraging a strong personal network. The Relationship Manager will provide tailored investment advice aligned with legal, compliance, and client profiling requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver investment guidance and solutions in compliance with legal, regulatory, and sales standards.
- Serve as a representative and ambassador of the bank to clients, upholding brand values.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC, Due Diligence, AML, and cross-border policies and regulatory mandates.
- Uphold the bank’s ethical code and relevant cross-border regulations.
- Support various client-related projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Occasionally act on behalf of other Relationship Managers as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- At least eight years of professional experience advising High Net Worth Clients with proven accomplishments in client acquisition.
- Extensive expertise in investment products and strong relationship management abilities with analytical, risk assessment, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Wealth Management sector including compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages as per country-specific needs.
- Proven skills in client acquisition, retention, and business growth strategies.
- Possession of CACS Paper 1 and 2 certifications.
Preferably candidates hold a university degree and certification such as ECF qualifications.
Additional Information
This position is part of the Mandatory Reference Check Scheme (MRCS), involving verification of employment records from previous seven years for approved financial institutions.

Workplace & Terms
Position based onsite in Singapore with a 40-hour workweek. This is a salaried, full-time appointment. The recruitment process excludes agency submissions unless prior agreements are in place.
