Overview
A leading global high-frequency trading firm is looking for an experienced Technology Business Analyst to join its Front Office Technology function in Singapore. The role supports major technology improvements for trading portfolios and works closely with stakeholders across the business. The position sits within a highly respected team handling equities-related initiatives and complex cross-asset trading needs.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the global trading business to understand, assess, and prioritize important requirements across the full lifecycle of equities projects.
- Convert business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications that development teams can execute.
- Build strong working relationships with Directors, Traders, Risk Analysts, and Portfolio Managers to uncover priorities, issues, and opportunities.
Technical & Domain Background
- Strong understanding of financial markets is essential.
- Prior experience in buy-side trading is a clear advantage.
- Good grasp of the full software development lifecycle is required.
- A Computer Science degree or a development-oriented background is necessary.
