Job description
About the company
The Travel Corporation (TTC) has been connecting travellers with the world for more than a century. The business operates across over 70 countries and includes a collection of award-winning brands.
The opportunity
This is a specialised, channel-led position for a marketing professional with strong knowledge of the B2B trade environment. You will act as the main marketing contact for trade media partners in the region, strengthen brand visibility, manage incentive initiatives, and steer campaign delivery across B2B trade channels with support from the global team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage B2B trade relationships with media partners, including PR and advertising contacts, as well as tourism boards and airlines.
- Oversee the brand agent network programme and coordinate its rollout to B2B channel leads.
- Prepare briefs, secure bookings, and manage trade media placements across suitable publications and platforms.
- Run global B2B campaigns across regional social, digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Create and maintain B2B2C partner toolkits that are commercially aligned and consistent with brand standards.
- Plan and deliver B2B trade events from initial briefing through to on-site execution.
- Own regional incentive programmes end to end, including communication planning and campaign activation.
- Monitor and report on channel performance indicators such as reach, engagement, click-throughs, event attendance, and incentive uplift.
- Share trade-channel learnings with the wider team to support future strategy.
What you should bring
You should have 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B trade or channel marketing. Experience building and maintaining trade or partner relationships, and delivering channel-specific campaigns, is important. You must be able to run multi-channel marketing activity independently, including events and trade media work. Prior exposure to incentive programme management or trade engagement activations would be an advantage. A proactive, self-driven working style is essential, as this role requires someone comfortable operating autonomously.
Why join TTC
- Work with a global travel organisation that has been established for more than 100 years.
- Access generous travel discounts.
- Receive support for professional development and wellbeing resources.
- Enjoy two paid volunteer days each year to support causes you care about.
Work arrangement
This is a full-time role based in Auckland, New Zealand, with a hybrid working arrangement.
