Job description
Role overview
This position offers exposure to trade marketing across two major beer brands, Heineken and Tiger. The role combines commercial development work with consumer-focused campaign support, with responsibilities spanning the APAC region and local market activations.
Heineken brand support
- Contribute to the overall commercial performance of the Heineken brand and product range across APAC.
- Review regional and country-level data such as sales volume, market share, financial performance, and brand strength, then turn those insights into quarterly reports or newsletters.
- Help drive APAC brand plans and platforms after the Global Commerce Week rollouts.
- Assist with or take ownership of selected APAC projects, such as festive campaigns and below-the-line playbook development.
Tiger Beer brand support
The role also supports global Tiger brand campaign development, including work tied to sports sponsorships and innovation launches.
- Partner on the development of point-of-sale materials and activation/event toolkits for the football platform, ensuring markets receive the required assets.
- Manage day-to-day coordination for the Tiger x Man Utd and Tiger x Spurs football sponsorships.
- Plan how local markets will use sponsorship rights, including Football Experience Trips to Manchester and/or London for matchday experiences.
- Support local football activations with clubs by making sure markets have the necessary information and materials while staying aligned with club IP rules and commercial partner requirements.
- Monitor sports sponsorship trends and noteworthy brand activations so Tiger can apply current best practices and keep improving its sponsorship execution.
- Co-lead POSM development for new product launches and manage delivery of assets and toolkits for markets.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant is studying marketing, communications, business management, or a related subject. Prior marketing experience is helpful, but not mandatory. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong organisation, project coordination ability, and confidence with Microsoft Office tools are also important.
