Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Toys Sales Lead covering the European market and based in the Greater Nuremberg Metropolitan Area. The role is responsible for driving sales across the region by shaping and executing market plans, managing important retail and distribution relationships, and pursuing new growth opportunities. It also includes reviewing sales results, building forecasts and reports, and working with internal stakeholders on pricing, promotional planning, and how products are positioned in the market.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, provide product education and sales support, and ensure a high standard of service across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align local actions with broader brand goals and support long-term business growth.
Qualifications

Prior customer service and training experience is needed to help retail and distribution partners, resolve issues, and deliver effective product and sales training. A solid background in sales is important, including new business development, account management, and revenue growth in consumer goods or toys. Experience in sales management, such as setting goals, monitoring performance, and improving pipelines and processes, is also required.
Additional strengths include exposure to European retail and e-commerce channels, along with an understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Greater Nuremberg and travel within Europe when needed. Strong analytical capability and familiarity with sales metrics, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards are important. English fluency is necessary, while German or another European language is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
