Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Therapy Support Specialist, you will represent Noctrix Health by directly engaging with patients and clinicians to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process. This involves conducting personalized activation sessions and providing both proactive and reactive remote support through various communication channels such as phone, video, text, email, and chat. Your consultative expertise will help users maximize the benefits of Nidra therapy. You will also document clinical support requirements, relay insights to marketing, sales, and product development teams, and work alongside clinicians and internal departments to identify and recommend further training needs. This role is fully remote and reports to the Customer Care leadership.
Key Tasks
- Engage with patients virtually for product training, demonstrations, and therapeutic support.
- Advise clinicians and technicians during product implementation and calibration to facilitate seamless integration.
- Gather and communicate therapy support requirements for product improvement.
- Collaborate to enhance training content and materials.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with patients, clinical partners, and business collaborators.
- Accurately log and manage all customer interactions within Salesforce.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in biology or a health-related area is preferred and advantageous for career advancements.
- A highly positive attitude with dedicated empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping patients navigate challenges effectively.
- Proven excellence in customer service, capable of simplifying complex technical information for non-technical audiences to ensure a supportive experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with collaborative abilities.
- Capability to understand and teach the clinical functionalities and technical usage of the product.
- Competency in cross-functional diagnosis of complex customer issues with limited guidance, using modern technologies.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in job functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in sleep medicine or neuromodulation fields is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- This full-time role includes potential travel up to 10% during the first year.
Compensation Details
The annual base salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, supplemented with bonus opportunities.
