Role Overview
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is accountable for surpassing sales targets within the assigned region while adhering to company and regulatory standards. The TSR engages with Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners, and selected Primary Care Physicians to promote the company’s initial product. The role requires collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and colleagues to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed assigned sales objectives consistently.
- Maintain and apply advanced knowledge of products and GI disease states to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Analyze territory market dynamics and opportunities to enhance product adoption.
- Partner closely with management and account specialists to design and implement strategic territory plans.
- Coordinate with marketing, training, and sales operations to execute flawlessly and exchange best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks including CRM usage and expense management diligently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum two years’ proven success in medical sales (including dental, devices, diagnostics) or at least one year in pharmaceutical sales; experience in GI specialty is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and launching new products.
- Skilled in leveraging marketing, market access, and technology resources to boost sales performance.
- Strong business insight and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to cultivate professional relationships within healthcare provider networks.
- Proficient in live and virtual engagement techniques.
- Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, digital meeting platforms, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and willingness to travel overnight and to conferences as required.

Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000.
