Territory Manager

Role Overview

The Territory Manager will enhance NexTech Learning's presence across designated regions by cultivating fresh school clientele, nurturing strong partnerships, ensuring prompt payments, and reaching sales goals, all while providing superior customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with schools, including meetings with Principals, faculty members, and management teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to educational stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with school administrations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and successfully close sales deals.
• Manage on-time payment collections from clients.
• Oversee coordination for product delivery and facilitate teacher training programs.
• Update daily activity logs and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as part of job duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree required; MBA or PGDM is preferable.
• Between zero to three years of experience in field sales, preferably within the Education or EdTech sector.
• Exceptional abilities in communication and delivering presentations.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle and willingness to travel regularly.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and disciplined work attitude.

Additional Information

Work Location: Within the designated territory assigned by the company.
Industry: Education and Educational Technology.
Compensation: INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
