About the Role
McFall Fuel is rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated individual to join as a Territory Manager in the Manawatu region. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a territory, develop business, and make a tangible impact while being supported by a strong operational foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new business prospects and grow the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and make informed business decisions to stay competitive.
- Drive sales to meet and surpass sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide customers with a consistent and high-quality service experience.

You are self-driven, commercially savvy, and proactive in identifying new opportunities without needing direction. You thrive on building trustful relationships and are motivated by exceeding goals.
Preferred Background and Skills
- Demonstrated success in account growth and new business development, with typically 3 to 5 or more years of sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust-based customer relationships.
- Strong goal-orientation and a persistent mindset to surpass targets.
- Capability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Good commercial insight and confidence engaging in business discussions.
