Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans for your territory to meet revenue goals, increase market share, and establish a sustainable presence in the interventional cardiology sector.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital decision-makers by utilizing thorough product knowledge, market trends, and collaborative approaches, while embodying Boston Scientific’s core values.
- Support and promote innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and advance healthcare standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional, high-performing teams within a fast-moving environment to drive business success.

Candidate Profile
- Preferably has experience in sales of medical devices within the interventional cardiology field.
- Skilled at establishing long-term, trusted connections with clinical and hospital stakeholders and rapidly gaining expertise in products and clinical practices.
- Results-oriented professional with a growth mindset who demonstrates curiosity, commitment to continuous development, and effective communication.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently as well as collaboratively within high-performing teams.
