Job Overview
Join Kraft Heinz as a Territory Manager on a fixed-term basis from July 2026 through August 2027 in Dunedin, New Zealand. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement store and territory strategies leveraging data insights to enhance performance.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, owners, managers, and store staff, adapting communication to meet their unique needs.
- Utilize effective selling and persuasion skills to secure product distribution, ranging, and prominent shelf displays creating mutually beneficial results.
- Ensure accurate execution of merchandising plans, reliable product stocking, optimal visibility, and adherence to planograms.
- Efficiently manage daily routines, time, and priorities across multiple retail locations.
- Adopt a positive, improvement-focused approach by seeking feedback and embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with company policies on food safety, environmental standards, health and safety, ethics, and human resources.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of interpreting basic data outputs.
- Applies core sales principles effectively with mentorship from a Regional Field Sales Manager.
- Skilled in retail execution by recognizing sales potentials, analyzing simple store data, and delivering clear, actionable advice.
- Strong communication skills to build trust through active listening and tailored interactions across diverse stakeholders.
- High level of personal organization, resilience, and dedication to continual learning and improvement.
- Experienced in working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments, managing pressure and deadlines effectively.
