Role Overview
As a Territory Manager at Qashio, you will spearhead strategic revenue growth by managing complex sales endeavors, nurturing enduring client partnerships, and engaging senior decision-makers to drive impactful business results within the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by proactively prospecting, leveraging referrals, networking, forming partnerships, and utilizing account-based selling strategies.
- Engage with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Directors, Procurement heads, and other executive leaders.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to grasp customer goals, operational hurdles, and digital transformation efforts.
- Oversee multifaceted sales cycles that include various stakeholders from initial contact through negotiation, procurement, and closure.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and value-driven presentations aligned with client priorities.
- Establish trusted partnerships with prospects and customers, positioning Qashio as a strategic, long-term partner.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals successfully.
- Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and uphold high standards of CRM data quality.
- Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals and KPIs.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings throughout Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, product teams, and leadership to ensure outstanding client experiences and support growth strategies.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance Qashio's positioning in Abu Dhabi.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech, Payments, Expense Management, ERP, or dynamic technology firms.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets in quota-driven roles.
- Experience managing consultative, complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders over extended cycles.
- Track record selling to finance executives including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Procurement officers, and senior management.
- Possession of an existing network within Abu Dhabi’s business landscape is highly beneficial.
- Strong commercial insight with aptitude for understanding client challenges and articulating business value propositions.
- Excellent skills in presenting, negotiating, and communicating with executives.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, and accountability.
- Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce for managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales operations.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-growth, startup environment.
