About the Role
We are seeking a Tendering Specialist focused on Control & Protection and Substation Automation systems. This role offers diverse and engaging responsibilities along with opportunities to learn and contribute to future global projects. You will become a vital part of a collaborative, transparent, and flexible tender management team expanding to meet increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requirements to prepare detailed Bills of Materials, deviation lists, and product configurations.
- Provide precise cost estimates based on the tender's scope of work.
- Collaborate with team managers to develop bid pricing and strategies for offers.
- Participate in risk review procedures as per company policies.
- Coordinate with Front End Sales and Commercial & Legal advisors to ensure the offer aligns with commercial and legal interests.
- Track tender deliverables progress and maintain continuous oversight of scope and timelines.
- Demonstrate proactiveness and results-oriented approach when working with cross-functional and international teams in a variable workload environment.
- Contribute process feedback to enhance organizational practices and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables ensuring positive client experiences.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Protection & Control products and Substation Automation systems.
- Proven experience in engineering, tendering, and conducting risk assessments for tenders.
- Strong focus on quality, standardization, and reuse practices.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
