Role Overview
We seek a detail-focused Tenant Services Coordinator who enjoys assisting tenants and maintaining organized operations in a dynamic environment. This role centers on managing tenant interactions and ensuring superior customer service through efficient handling of property services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact person for tenants within assigned properties.
- Coordinate work orders and conduct routine inspections of buildings.
- Process invoicing, including coding and resolving vendor billing issues.
- Generate tenant billbacks and distribute monthly tenant statements.
- Organize tenant events and activities within the buildings.
- Manage certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors.
- Maintain tenant contact databases and regulate access control systems.
- Collaborate with onsite staff and engineers to address tenant concerns.
- Oversee the tenant conference center's usage and promotion.
- Update vendor agreements and perform additional tasks assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Possession of an Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized, self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
