The ideal candidate should also have familiarity with top creative talent and be able to recommend the right photographers, videographers, and casting directors to support campaign execution.
This position reports to the Executive Producer.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, post-production, and final job wrap for creative deliverables.
- Support on-set production operations as needed, including preparing and sending call sheets, coordinating the shoot flow and shot list, and verifying products with partners.
- Partner with creative teams and outside collaborators to move projects from concept through final delivery.
- Provide vendor coordination support, including contracts, invoicing, and new-vendor setup.
- Help manage post-production work such as retouching and motion assets.
- Monitor shoot budgets and keep spending aligned throughout the process.
- Organize, track, and manage shipping for shoot samples.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager, creative stakeholders, and project management teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Create and update style sheets as needed.
- Support the Executive Producer on assigned projects.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Fashion, Film/Media Studies, Journalism, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
- Three to five years of production experience is preferred, ideally in an agency environment; vendor-side experience in a high-end fashion photography studio, post-production house, or production company is also acceptable.
- Well-developed understanding of production stages and workflows across stills, film/video, animation, radio, and similar formats.
- Experience with still photography production and live events is a plus, though not required.
- Strong planning and organizational ability.
- Clear, direct, and professional communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving retail setting.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slides, and Sheets.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel as part of the role.
Compensation
The role is paid at an hourly rate of $45 to $55.
The stated pay range may vary based on factors such as overall experience, relevant background, education, certifications, skills, expertise, and the job location.
