Its LIFEWEAR philosophy centers on delivering quality clothing that meets everyday needs, and the Merchandising Planning Demand team is a core part of the product planning process for UNIQLO Singapore.

What you will do

• Develop buying and pricing approaches for both current and upcoming seasons, spot opportunities for growth, and manage planning through to sell-through.
• Work toward sales goals with a proactive mindset and help drive strong business performance.
• Create purchase orders and keep production and delivery timelines on track from factories through to the local warehouse, making sure schedules stay aligned with the sales plan.

Stakeholder collaboration

• Build effective working relationships and maintain clear communication across store teams, management, production countries, and global headquarters.
• Partner with Store Operations, Marketing, In-Store Merchandising, and Inventory Control to support sales floor setup in line with business priorities and sales plans.
• Carry out market research and gather customer feedback to better understand local demand and recommend the right product mix to global headquarters.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or buying, ideally in apparel or fashion.
• Strong interest in apparel and awareness of the latest fashion trends in Singapore.
• Solid commercial and financial understanding, along with strong analytical capability.
• Ability to communicate well with senior stakeholders and influence people across different levels.
• Data-led critical thinking and a solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working in a fast-moving environment.
• Positive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Excel certification is considered an advantage.
