Telesales Executive

Position Summary

Manika Enterprises is looking to hire Outbound Lead Generation Executives / Inside Sales Executives with immediate joining availability. The role involves aggressively pursuing sales targets and generating leads to boost business growth.

Compensation and Vacancies

Monthly salary ranges from 18,000 to 25,000 INR plus incentives. Exact pay depends on interview performance, skills, and experience. There are 15 openings open for both male and female candidates.

Job Location and Schedule

This position is based at Nx One building, Noida Extension. Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

• Strong communication abilities combined with solid market knowledge and awareness of current trends.
• A confident, determined attitude suitable for a sales-focused role.
• A highly self-motivated and goal-driven approach.
• Experience generating qualified leads via phone calls, direct emails, and networking.
• The ability to understand client requirements and deliver relevant market insights promptly.
• Capability to work well both independently and collaboratively in team settings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through calls and emails.
• Assist management by providing input on upcoming products and discussing promotional offers.
• Continuously evaluate personal performance aiming to surpass sales targets.
• Manage client relationships and sales pipelines via telephonic communication.
• Present product information clearly and convincingly to clients.
• Address customer concerns related to products, services, and maintenance post-sale through phone and email coordination.
