Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Visual Comfort is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join their Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in sales and marketing, coupled with effective communication, negotiation, and client management capabilities. Preference will be given to candidates holding BBA or MBA degrees.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Promote and market company products and services effectively to meet sales targets.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Carry out market research and analyze competitor strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product/service delivery.
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
• BBA or MBA educational background preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in customer relationship management.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to travel for client meetings as needed.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month, reflective of experience and performance.
