• Provide thorough product knowledge and efficiently resolve customer inquiries through calls and emails.
• Act as an intermediary between financial institutions and customers, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
• Communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds to understand their needs and coordinate with banks and NBFCs to deliver optimal service.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th standard.
• Motivated to perform outbound sales and build customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
• Previous experience or background in banking or finance is advantageous.
