About the Role
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Telesales Executive to become a part of our team at Singhh Brothers & Ventures Private Limited, located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The successful candidate will engage with customers to handle inquiries, clearly explain our domestic staffing services, follow up on potential leads, and aim to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Communicate company services and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate domestic staffing options.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with leads using calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert customer inquiries into definitive bookings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer data within CRM or Excel sheets.
- Develop strong customer rapport by effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team post booking confirmation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Address basic customer questions and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Uphold professionalism and foster positive customer experiences at all times.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration package ranging between 8000 to 16000 INR.
