About the Role
Kanak Consultancy Services is actively seeking proficient Inside Sales Executives for their international BPO sales operations based in New Delhi. Candidates who possess strong command over English along with fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will engage in direct telesales activities, focusing on outbound calls to potential customers, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- A minimum of two years of solid, relevant experience in sales is essential, with a strong background in customer handling and negotiation.
- Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
- Availability to work on a day shift schedule.
- Applicants should be local; outstation candidates and fresh graduates are not eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from 475000 to 700000 INR.
