The company generates thousands of high-quality, active leads daily from customers or their family members seeking support and solutions, making it easier for sales executives to engage and close sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Promptly contact potential customers or relatives soon after they submit inquiries through websites, social media, or advertisements.
• Understand the clients' needs related to alcohol dependency, drug addiction, cravings, withdrawal support, liver health, and wellness concerns.
• Clearly and responsibly communicate product details including features, usage guidelines, pricing, delivery, and available Ayurvedic kits.
• Build trust, resolve queries, and secure confirmed orders from interested clients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and family information with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up through delivery phases to minimize cancellations or refusals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary slabs of ₹6,000, ₹8,000, or ₹12,000 based on experience, communication skills, performance, and capability.
• Opportunity to earn a 10% commission on the total value of every successfully delivered order, as per company incentives.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply and will receive full product knowledge and sales training free of cost.
• With consistent effort, candidates can expect to earn approximately ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 or more monthly depending on performance.
