Job Overview

We seek a proactive and motivated Telesales Executive to become a vital part of our team. This role involves reaching out to potential students, informing them about our academic offerings, and fostering strong customer connections to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective students.
  • Provide detailed and accurate details about various courses, fees, admissions procedures, and university programs.
  • Assess student needs and recommend appropriate course options.
  • Keep lead information up-to-date using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets.
  • Engage with interested candidates persistently to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Meet established daily and monthly targets for calls and admissions.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions department to facilitate seamless enrollment for students.
  • Address and resolve student queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
  • Capability to perform effectively in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Open to both freshers and individuals with experience.

Additional Details

Work Type: Full-Time
Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 monthly, plus performance-based incentives.
