About Unateus

Unateus is an international company providing extensive fulfillment and logistics services throughout Africa. We are currently expanding our sales division and are looking for skilled sales call center professionals capable of closing deals and meeting key performance indicators.

Role Description

This role centers on telemarketing, order verification, upselling, and customer support. It is a performance-focused position, with success evaluated weekly based on performance reviews, adherence to quality benchmarks, and consistent achievement of targets. You will engage with warm leads, customers who have already shown interest in our products, and will be responsible for confidently presenting offers, upselling, and confirming purchases. Managing follow-ups and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience that fosters repeat business and upholds the company's reputation is also a key part of the job.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a call center environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve performance goals and manage work independently.
  • Must possess a personal laptop or desktop computer, a functional smartphone, and a headset.
  • A dependable and stable high-speed internet connection is required.
  • A backup power solution, such as a generator, UPS, or battery inverter, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort using browser-based applications.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in at least one major local language is also crucial for effective customer communication and sales achievement.
