Professional Educator – Hair

Role Overview

This position is centered on using hair education as a sales driver. The Professional Educator is expected to strengthen brand performance by delivering technical training, supporting salons directly, and helping convert education into commercial results such as higher sales, improved product usage, new client acquisition, and successful brand rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve the sales goals set for the assigned hair brand.
• Use training activities to encourage repeat purchases, greater product use, and the introduction of new product lines among current customers.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to turn business opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Support business expansion for existing clients through planned education initiatives.
• Work with Sales Representatives to identify growth prospects, deepen brand presence, and assist with upselling.
• Back salon sell-out activities that lead to stronger reordering behaviour.
• Conduct professional trainings inside salons, along with product demonstrations and workshops.
• Run academy sessions, brand seminars, and other group learning programs.
• Prepare and deliver education content that is organized, practical, and aligned with the brand’s commercial direction.
• Maintain strong delivery standards while also meeting productivity expectations.
• Assist with opening new accounts and onboarding them through education and technical support.

Requirements

• Background in hair education, professional training, or salon-based technical support.
• Ability to use training as a commercial tool to support sales growth.
• Experience working alongside sales teams and supporting client development.
• Comfortable delivering one-to-one salon training as well as larger group sessions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and product demonstration skills.
• Capability to create structured education sessions that align with brand strategy.
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
