Overview

As a Telephone Operator at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, you will be tasked with handling incoming calls with priority, ensuring that each guest receives a courteous and professional experience aimed at enhancing their stay.

Primary Duties

• Answer incoming guest calls warmly and professionally, creating a positive interaction.
• Coordinate effectively with various hotel departments to guarantee smooth client service.
• Respond to inquiries with tact and kindness, continually aiming to surpass guest expectations.
• Address guests by their names during calls, following hotel protocol.
• Maintain current knowledge about the hotel’s services and local area attractions.
• Utilize Opera Guest profile system for familiarity with guest details.
• Handle long-distance call vouchers and diligently log them on traffic sheets.
• Manage guest wake-up call schedules and perform timely call deliveries as per guidelines.
• Ensure switchboard operations are efficient, facilitating quick internal and external communication transfers.
• Record messages for guests and hotel management according to standard procedures.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety standards set by the organization.
