Overview
We are urgently recruiting BPO Executives for positions involving inbound customer service and outbound sales related to banking and home loans at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Join a reputed banking brand offering a stable career with fixed incentives and professional growth prospects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Address inbound customer inquiries regarding banking services and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- For outbound sales executives, proactively reach out to prospective clients to explain and promote Kotak Home Loan products, generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet monthly targets.
Work Schedule
- Inbound Executives: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM with rotational weekly offs.
- Outbound Sales Executives: Shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM including rotational weekly offs.
Eligibility and Skills
- Must be a graduate (undergraduates may apply for sales).
- For inbound roles, minimum 6 months sales experience is required.
- For outbound sales, freshers are welcome, though 6 months experience in BPO or sales is preferred.
- Good to excellent communication skills essential for both positions.
Compensation
- Inbound Customer Service Executives: Up to ₹28,000 monthly CTC depending on experience.
- Outbound Sales Executives: Freshers receive ₹18,000 in-hand; experienced candidates earn ₹20,000 in-hand plus incentives.
