BPO Telecaller - Inbound/Outbound Voice Process (Day/Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated BPO Executives for both freshers and experienced candidates to join our team handling inbound and outbound voice processes. Opportunities are available for day and night shifts in Mumbai locations including Sakinaka and Kanjurmarg.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Resolving customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Providing correct information and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Updating and maintaining customer records in the system.
• Meeting quality and productivity benchmarks as per company standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th pass (HSC) or graduate qualification.
• Open to both freshers and those with prior experience in BPO.
• Proficient in Hindi communication; English skills ranging from average to excellent.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
