Role Overview

The Telemarketer position at Ensivo Solutions involves a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. Key duties include making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients with the objective of presenting the company's IT and e-commerce offerings. The incumbent will engage in needs-focused dialogues, handle basic product queries, and schedule appointments or follow-ups to aid the sales team.

Maintaining detailed records of interactions, accurately updating the CRM system, and adhering to call scripts and compliance standards are essential aspects of this role. The Telemarketer will work closely with sales and customer support teams to generate leads, meet calling targets, and drive business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities for professional client engagement and relationship building.
  • Proficient in customer service and organizing appointments to manage inquiries, resolve standard issues, and plan follow-ups.
  • Sales aptitude to recognize prospects, effectively convey service benefits, and assist in converting leads into clients.
  • Ability to consistently attend and perform assigned shifts on-site in Nagpur.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM or call handling software.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, strong resilience, and comfort working in environments that require frequent high-volume calls.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, BPO, or call center functions is advantageous.
  • Minimum education includes completion of high school or an equivalent; higher education in business or IT fields is advantageous.
