Key Responsibilities

Performance Expectations and Salary Breakdown

The average daily target is to secure 2 orders, which translates roughly to 60–70 delivered orders per month. The remuneration depends strictly on the number of delivered orders with a tiered salary structure:

• Less than 30 orders: ₹140 per delivered order
• 30–39 orders: ₹4,500 monthly
• 40–49 orders: ₹6,200 monthly
• 50–59 orders: ₹8,000 monthly
• 60–69 orders: ₹9,900 monthly
• 70–79 orders: ₹11,900 monthly (approx. ₹12,000)
• 80–89 orders: ₹14,000 monthly
• 90–99 orders: ₹16,200 monthly
• 100–109 orders: ₹18,500 monthly
• 110–119 orders: ₹20,900 monthly
• 120–129 orders: ₹23,400 monthly
• 130–139 orders: ₹26,000 monthly
• 140–149 orders: ₹30,000 monthly
• 150 or more delivered orders offer higher salary slabs.

Working Hours and Important Notes
