Selection Process

• Watch company-provided training videos.
• Learn about the product, calling scripts, and sales techniques.
• Complete sample cold calling exercises post-training.
• Submit call recordings to the HR team.
• HR assesses communication skills, confidence, and sales performance.
• Successful candidates are selected and assigned a Team Leader.
• Guidance and company leads will be provided to selected candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively call and engage with interested customers.
• Provide clear and professional product explanations.
• Understand and address customer requirements effectively.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Follow up regularly with customers.
• Accurately record customer and order information.
• Maintain discipline and professional communication throughout interactions.

Performance Expectations

• Average goal is to secure 2 orders per day, targeting 60-70 orders delivered monthly.
• Higher order completions lead to greater salary, incentives, and rewards.

Salary and Incentive Structure

Pay is calculated based on the number of successfully delivered orders, starting from ₹140 per delivered order during the initial phases. The monthly salary escalates with performance tiers from ₹4,050 to ₹150,000, accompanied by incentives such as power banks, bicycles, earbuds, mobile phones, electric scooters, and even gold coin vouchers for top performers.

Daily incentives are offered based on daily order counts, with slabs ranging from ₹90 for 3 orders up to ₹2,500 for 20 orders, with only the highest slab applicable per day.

Work Requirements

• Commitment of at least 8 hours of work daily.
• Possession of an Android smartphone, laptop, or desktop.
• Reliable internet or Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
• Clear communication and basic sales abilities required.
• Quiet and professional environment for calls essential.

Important Rules and Conditions

• Salary is strictly based on successfully completed orders; canceled, fake, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders will not be counted.
• Prohibition on making false promises or misleading product claims.
• Salary, incentives, and rewards depend on verification and company policies.
• Initial engagement is based on training and evaluation.
• Candidates who maintain consistent performance for at least 15 days may receive an official offer letter.
