Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller to join our real estate sales team at the Shrinandan Project Site in Karanje Tarf, Satara. This on-site role involves actively engaging with customers by explaining project details, addressing their inquiries courteously, and assisting our sales team in converting potential leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to provide detailed information about the real estate project.
- Respond politely and effectively to customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up consistently with clients who have shown interest to nurture leads.
- Assist the sales team in lead conversion efforts.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer data records.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi, with basic English skills.
- Position open to both male and female candidates.
Compensation and Work Details
The salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, plus an additional ₹5,000 incentive. The position requires working from the office on-site.
