Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Agriculture Tele Sales Executive to engage with farmers and customers by promoting agricultural products, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate should exhibit excellent communication skills and possess foundational knowledge in agriculture.

Key Knowledge Areas

• Farming practices including sowing, irrigation, fertilization, weeding, and harvesting.
• Familiarity with various fertilizers (organic and chemical) along with their applications.
• Basic understanding of pesticides, insecticides, and crop protection techniques.
• Awareness of different soil types and their suitability for diverse crops.
• Knowledge about seeds, crop varieties, and seasonal cropping patterns such as Kharif, Rabi, and Zaid.
• Experience or information about agricultural machinery and equipment used in farming.
• Insight into agricultural products, inputs, and services available to farmers.
• Awareness of present-day farming challenges and contemporary agricultural methods.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with farmers and customers through telephone calls.
• Market and sell agricultural goods and services effectively.
• Generate new sales leads and diligently follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and compile sales reports.
• Meet assigned sales goals while providing superior customer assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th standard or graduation.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Prior experience in telesales preferred but not mandatory.
