Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking telecaller executives for a domestic BPO specializing in banking voice processes. The primary responsibility is to promote banking products to customers and generate sales by engaging effectively with them. Candidates are expected to meet designated sales targets while maintaining quality customer service standards.
Candidate Eligibility
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Applicants must possess good communication skills, ideally equivalent to Versant Level 4.
Compensation and Benefits
- Net Annual Salary Package (NAPS): INR 21,000 per month in hand.
- Cost to Company (CTC): INR 22,000 per month with INR 18,600 in hand.
- Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
- Shifts run from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Complimentary pick-up and drop service available from Thane Station starting from the first day of training.
