Job description
Role Overview
The position involves speaking with current and prospective candidates for stock market training programs. The role is focused on outreach, counselling, lead generation, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing as well as potential candidates interested in stock market training programs.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing calls related to the academy’s training offerings.
- Generate leads and help move interested candidates toward enrolment.
- Support conversion efforts by explaining the training programs clearly and persuasively.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is open to any graduate. Strong communication in Hindi and English is important, along with the ability to convince and negotiate effectively. A basic understanding of the stock market and demat accounts is useful, and prior trading knowledge can be an added advantage. Training will be provided.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,00,000.
